1. GENERAL RULES

1.1. Stelario   is operated by Altacore N.V., registered in Curacao, holding E-gaming License No 8048/JAZ2019-049. Altaprime Limited, based in Cyprus, acts as the payment agent.
1.2. The General Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between the account owner and Stelario. All registered users must comply with these terms.

1.4. An account at Stelario.com is used for transactions and gambling activities between the account owner and Stelario.
1.5. Each game at Stelario has specific rules and conditions, which users must follow.

2. CREATE AN ACCOUNT

2.1. To use Stelario’s services, users must register an account on the website.
2.2. Account creation is straightforward: click the Registration button and follow the instructions.
2.3. Accounts are managed by Stelario or its affiliates. Users must provide accurate personal data during registration.
2.4. The Financial Department may delay withdrawal processing for up to 14 business days for additional verification.
2.5. Multiple accounts are prohibited, and residents of certain countries, including the UK, USA, and France, cannot create accounts.

3. STELARIO ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

3.1. Stelario reserves the right to reject account creation, block accounts, or request additional documents at any time.
3.2. Stelario guarantees the safe management of user funds and compliance with privacy laws.
3.3. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be blocked, and any bonuses forfeited.
3.4. Account details must not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.
3.5. Fund transfers between accounts and the use of third-party payment methods are prohibited.

4. RESPONSIBLE GAMING AND ACCOUNT SETTINGS

4.1. Account owners can block access to games for a specific period.
4.2. If gambling becomes problematic, Stelario reserves the right to block your account.
4.3. Gambling can be addictive. If you’re struggling, contact support to block your account.
4.4. Stelario may suspend accounts of users who show signs of gambling addiction.
4.5. Users have the option to set limits on their gambling activities through their account settings.

5. ACTIVE AND INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

5.1. An account is considered inactive if unused for over 12 months.
5.2. Inactive accounts may be suspended or deleted, and a monthly fee of €5 may be charged.
5.3. If your account is blocked or deleted with a positive balance, contact support to resolve the issue.
5.4. Any cashback on inactive accounts will be canceled immediately.
5.5. Stelario reserves the right to delete accounts if attempts to contact the owner fail.

6. CHARGEBACKS

6.1. Stelario may suspend accounts during chargeback requests.
6.2. If you don’t confirm your identity after a chargeback, Stelario may deduct a €50 processing fee per notification sent.
6.3. If your account remains inactive for 90 days after a chargeback request, Stelario may debit the remaining funds.
6.4. Stelario will notify account owners of chargeback requests and the necessary steps to resolve them.
6.5. Failure to resolve a chargeback issue may result in account suspension or closure.

7. BLOCKING AN ACCOUNT

7.1. You can block your account anytime by emailing support.
7.2. To withdraw funds from a blocked account, contact support.
7.3. If your account was blocked due to gambling addiction, you agree not to create a new account.
7.4. Accounts can only be blocked if they have no funds or pending withdrawal requests.
7.5. Stelario reserves the right to block accounts that violate the Terms and Conditions.

8. DEPOSIT RULES

8.1. Financial transactions can be made anytime through a Financial Institution or Payment Service Provider.
8.2. Stelario may reject transactions if sufficient identity proof isn’t provided.
8.3. Deposited funds are stored separately from company funds.
8.4. Deposits must be made using personal payment methods, and account details must not be shared.
8.5. Stelario may impose deposit limits based on the chosen payment method.

9. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

9.1. Withdrawals can be made using any method available at the time of deposit.
9.2. Verification documents must be provided for withdrawals, including copies of your passport, credit card, and bank statements.
9.3. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after successful verification.
9.4. The casino may charge a processing fee for withdrawals.
9.5. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the deposit.
